We’re very detail-oriented and this translates to the whole ordering process as well as the final product. We’re also a bit obsessive and definitely want to hear your feedback after everyone enjoyed the cake.
Easy. Because we are committed to two principals. Firstly, we refuse to cut corners on quality and flavor – which means we use premium ingredients. Secondly, nearly everything is homemade in our kitchen. Our salted caramel, our fruit compotes, our lemon curd, our buttercream frosting … pretty much everything. We even churn our own butter from my family’s cattle ranch. Just kidding. But you get the idea. And we don’t use preservatives. Living in a small space, there’s no storage space anyway, so you’re getting fresh ingredients with every order.
No. Sorry, but we’ve chosen to not offer any writing on our cakes, including “Happy Birthday”, “Happy Anniversary”, or any other messages.
No. We’ve chosen to remain neutral with all our cakes. This means we won’t make any themed cakes representing any particular lifestyle or faith. With great respect we’ll stick to what we do best: flowers and art designs. But you are welcome to add any decorations to our cake once you’ve picked up your order.
Yes. Cake delivery is available at a flat rate of $35 if your delivery address is inside 10 miles of our location in Midtown, Memphis. When the distance exceeds 10 miles it will incur an additional charge of $2.50 per mile after the first 10 miles which are included in the original $35 rate.

No. We will take the utmost care to prepare any dessert in a safe-environment for a client who informs us of a peanut allergy. However, we cannot make any guarantees. Please let us know in the message box when you order a cake if you have any specific allergies.
